retreat for a group of friends or family at a time that would be convenient for you either at Turquoise Barn or at a

Rejuvenation Retreat: Food, Nature & Art -  Wednesday June 8th – Sunday June 13th
Join us for 5 days of learning, gentle cleansing, & relaxation - an ideal way to welcome the summer.  This Retreat is
designed for anyone wishing to
rejuvenate and regenerate your mind, body & spirit in a comfortable, safe, and
supportive environment
.  Weekend will include beginning vegan, raw & living food preparation classes,  drawing
classes, hiking, yoga, educational films & discussions and plenty of time to relax & explore the wonders of nature in the
Catskills right here in our own backyard.   All
meals are included and will be free from wheat, animal products
(dairy, eggs, meat), and sugar.
  Ingredients used will be fresh whole foods & juices, and organic.  After our 5 days
together, you will feel refreshed, energized and REJUVENATED.......and....you will leave with the skills, motivation and
energy to begin creating a healthier lifestyle.  

Turquoise Barn is an ideal setting to unwind, decompress, and get healthy.  Hiking and biking trails, water, trees,
organic gardens are all available on the property or within walking distance to the farm.  Please be sure to explore the

Intensive Raw & Living Food Weekend Learning Retreat - Thursday July  14th – Sunday July 17th  
Come and join us on the farm for an education vacation!  This intensive AND fun learning retreat is ideal for anyone
interested in learning new ways of preparing healthy and nutritious foods for healing, maintaining your ideal body
weight, transitioning your diet,  or for all the foodies out there who just want to experience a delightful culinary
experience.  
In this soup to nuts course you will learn beginning & intermediate food preparation as well as
the what, whys, & hows of a raw food lifestyle.
 All foods prepared will be organic whole foods free from gluten,
animal products (dairy, meat, eggs), and sugar so if you have allergies or food sensitivities these classes will be great
for you.

Hands-on learning (and eating) of a variety of raw and living food goodies including:  Smoothies, soups, salads,
sauces, dressing, desserts (pies, puddings, parfaits, cookies), nut mylks, cheezes, crackers, snacks, and a variety of

*Please Note:  Space in the Carriage House is very limited and will be rented out on a first come first serve basis.

A 35% security deposit is required to hold all reservations. Full payment,
is due 14 days prior to your arrival. If your arrival date is less than 14 days the
full amount will be due at the time of the reservation.

Our scholarships are based on financial need and motivation of individuals.  It is our belief that each individual can
impact positive change in the world by becoming aware of what we are eating, where it comes from, and the impact that
this has on our individual health as well as the health of our planet.  We also believe that everyone deserves an
opportunity to learn how to live & eat healthy.  Therefore, we are offering one work-exchange scholarship for both
retreats to qualifying individuals.  
Please only apply for the scholarship if you are experiencing a financial
hardship and would not otherwise be able to participate.
