Botanical Bed & Breakfast
Rustic.....Simplistic...Elegance...Our converted 1800's Carriage house is located along the West Branch of the Delaware River in the Western Catskills on a former dairy farm. Inside are large loft-style spaces with high ceilings, artist designed & renovated with handcrafted furnishings and art throughout the house. We offer healthy, organic (non-GMO), gluten-free, whole & food botanical breakfast options such as fresh made juices & nut mylks, green smoothies, sprouted breads, whole grain homemade cereals, and lactose-free, plant-based cheezes; using organic, from our garden, wild-crafted, seasonal, and local ingredients whenever possible. Just gathered farm fresh eggs from our free-roaming chickens available by request. And for the coffe lovers, no worries - choice of organic French press coffee or tea will be available with your breakfast!
We are an eco-friendly chemical & pesticide free environment both inside and out. Fresh spring water is available throughout the house and property; you can drink, swim and even shower in it! We use only natural soaps & cleaners as well as organic cotton linens which we line dry. Choose from four large rooms, each equipped with a private bathroom, tastefully designed and decorated with handcrafted furniture and recycled materials; each with AMAZING views of the sunrise, sunset, moonrise, mountains or pond.
Interested in adding something special to your stay? Special services such as workshops, consultations, massage, aromatherapy, and bicycle rentals are also available. Entire B&B is also available to rent for group retreats, weddings, reunions, etc.
PLEASE NOTE: For the rest of the season, the Carraige House is only available to rent as a FULL HOUSE RENTAL. If you are interested in renting the entire house, please contact us for details.

Wake up and watch the sunrise over the foothills. As twighlight arrives - watch for the Moonrise over the mountain. As darkness approaches, fall asleep to the sound of twinkling stars & trickling spring water right outside your window.
