The festival is focused on bringing an awareness to the numerous benefits and impact that plant-based diets,
sustainable agriculture, and green living in general, have on both individuals & the environment. In addition, and
MOST importantly we will be focusing on FUN and ENJOYING a beautiful day Learning, Listening, & Hanging out in
the Catskills!    It will be a great day to LEARN, EXPERIMENT, & ENJOY!

Vendor Information: We are currently looking for vendors with products or services that pertain to plant-based
diet, sustainable agriculture or green living in general.   As this is our 1st festival, we really cannot predict how many
people will be attending until closer to the date, once tickets are sold. However, we are bringing in speakers &
vendors from around the country and will be advertising nationally via internet, radio, & print.

Everyone from Martha Stewart to President Obama has been supporting the Meatless Monday
Campaign which has been working to pass this important message out to thousands of people across
the country and beyond. An overwhelming number of restaurants, schools, celebrities, business,
universities, and individuals have committed and are all taking the pledge in supporting this act and the
numbers are continually rising.
So if you mess up on Monday, or better yet, want to do double duty, be sure you join us on Saturday
