POLICIES: CHECK IN: 3:00 p.m day of arrival CHECK OUT: 11:00 a.m. day of departure RESERVATIONS: A 35% security deposit is required to hold all reservations. Full payment, plus security deposit is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If your arrival date is less than 30 days the full amount will be due at the time of the reservation. PAYMENT: We will accept money order, certified/bank check, or Paypal (4% surcharge). CLEANING FEE: A one time cash cleaning fee is to be left at the end of your stay. 1-3 persons..............$75 4-5 ............................$100 6-7.............................$120 8-9.............................$140 10+............................$160 CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations received prior to 30 days receive a full refund (less processing fee) of $50. 30-15 days 50% refund less $50 processing fee, less than 15 days refund is non-refundable - if we are able to rebook the house we will refund 50% minus $50 processing fee.
