What:  Baby Steps” A 4-8 week learning support group designed for Weight Loss, Healing, &
Rejuvenation or just simply for feeling good..............

Learn how to incorporate more plant based WHOLE healthy foods into your diet for Maintaining Ideal Body Weight,
Healing, Increased Energy, Detoxing & Rejuvenation.  Go at your own pace with group support.  No
calorie counting or deprivation.

We will meet one day a week for classes which will include: demos, hands-on learning, grocery shopping, how to set up your
kitchen, super foods & herbs,
gluten, lactose & sugar free recipes, group discussions, hiking & group juice/smoothie
fast (optional).

Taking control of your health is the best gift you can give to yourself & your family.  

Where:  Turquoise Barn – Bloomville (Back River Road) Between Delhi & Stamford

When:  Wednesdays @ 9:30 a.m. – 11 a.m.  beginning on January 11th.  (We had quite a few late sign ups so we will be
making up the first class date TBA)  
  

Why:   Course is designed for anyone wishing to:  Lose Weight, Increase Energy Levels, Detox, Rejuvenate, transition to
vegetarian, vegan or raw food diet; incorporate more whole plant-based foods into their daily lifestyle, feel amazing.  

How Much:  I would like to open this group up to everyone who needs support & guidance.  Therefore, cost for classes will
be by
donation plus payment for your food costs which will vary between $5-$15.    

Space is very limited.   A  four to eight week commitment as well as documentation of your
progress is required.
