Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. If your arrival date is less than 14 days, full payment will be due at time of the reservation. House Rental: Deposit of 35% of balance is required to hold your reservation. Full payment, plus security deposit is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If your arrival date is less than 30 days the full amount will be due at the time of the reservation. See cancellation policy below. CANCELLATIONS: Bed & Breakfast: Cancellations received prior to 14 days receive a full refund (less processing fee) of $25. 7 days 50% refund less $50 processing fee, Less than 7 days refund is non-refundable - if we are able to rebook the room we will refund 50% minus $50 processing fee. House Rental: Cancellations received prior to 30 days receive a full refund (less processing fee) of $50. 30-15 days 50% refund less $50 processing fee, less than 15 days refund is non-refundable - if we are able to rebook the house we will refund 50% minus $50 processing fee.
