Vacation Rental:
The Carriage House is a fully furnished home:
- Bedrooms: King size bed, queen size bed, 2 full beds, 2 full futon bed, linens & towels
- Kitchen: dishwasher, gas stove & convection oven, microwave, plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glasses,
silverware etc., gadgets & appliances. Table seats 8 (extra chairs )Outdoor table on deck for 2-4 and
outdoor table near pond for 4-6.
- 2 bathrooms, one claw foot tub and two slate showers.
- 2 TVs for DVD's or Videos only (no reception)
- Washer/Dryer

- Most cell phone services (especially Verizon) work great in the house and on the property.

Other extras:
- Complimentary dozen organic eggs from our chickens (when available)
- We will supply hand, dish & dishwasher soaps, toilet paper, a roll of paper towels and the spices on the
spice rack near the stove are for your use as well. All other items in the house (food, personal care
items, laundry soap, paper/plastic bags, wraps etc.) are our personal supply. If you need any other
items, please bring them with you or you can purchase them in town.
- We are an eco-friendly environment & use only natural cleaners - no toxic, harsh chemicals or
pesticides are used in our home or gardens.
